Return & Refund

At Tiara™, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products formulated with care. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We only accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product packaging is tampered before delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Unboxing video or clear images of the issue may be required as proof

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped whenever possible
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
  • For approved refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method (source account) within 7 business days
  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected

4. Replacement

If your return request is approved for replacement, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of return approval.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please email us at return@tiara.skin with your Order ID.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, Tiara™ will cover the return shipping cost
